Temperature Rise Test Nickel Sleeves for Lampholders

1. Introduction

Nickel sleeves are designed according to IEC60360 and GB24392 for testing temperature rising of lampholders of incandescent lamps. A thermocouple shall be permanently attached to the sleeve, and a spring wire shall be used around the outside of the sleeve. The sleeves are made of nickel material with content of 99% min, and the vicker hardness shall be 1350.   


2. Specification

● Material: nickel with purity of 99% min

● Thickness: 0.5mm±0.02mm

● Vickers hardness: 135±15

● Spring material: Φ 0.8mm, 1~1.5 turns around the sleeve
