IK07-IK11 Vertical Impact Hammer Test Equipment
1. Introduction
IK07 to IK11 vertical impact hammer test equipment can mee the test requirements of IEC60068-2-75 and IEC62262 for severities of 2J and above. The vertical hammer can be used on accessible horizontal surfaces. And the test is applied to EV charger, luminaire, electrical appliance and etc. for verifying mechanical strength.
The equipment consists of test rig, striking elements and guideways. The mass of striking element is equal to equivalent mass of hammer. The hammer is made of steel. Release the hammer by electromagnet to fall through the guideway instantaneously and vertically, the length of guideway is equal to falling height.
