Plug Socket-outlet and Coupler Pendulum Impact Test Apparatus

1. Introduction

The Impact test apparatus is strictly designed according to IEC60309-1 figure 7 and annex A. it is applied to assess the mechanical strength of plug, socket-outlet and coupler. The impact test apparatus is consisted by a pivot, a tubular steel shaft, a shaft end, a hammer and four 0.25kg mass.

Back board: 20mm plywood (fixed on wall)

Pendulum support structure: travels in X, Y, Z =300mm

0.5kg mass: the distance from top of aluminum pivot to hammer impact center is 1059mm

1.0kg mass: the distance from top of aluminum pivot to hammer impact center is 1031mm

Pendulum shaft: Φ10*1.0mm, made by steel tube

Pendulum shaft end: 19*19*120mm, made by steel

Pendulum masses: 0.25kg*4, Φ50*16mm, made by steel

Pendulum anvil: Φ50*30.5mm, made by steel

Mounting plate: 300*300*8mm (3 pieces), made by steel

Release angle (Angle gauges): equip with 250, 350, 360, 420, 470, 520 (6 pieces)

Note: All stroke adjustment methods are completed by linear slides
